FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How do you handle project timelines and deadlines?
Upon the approval of the quote, a timeline will be provided to the client for the entire project. Any considerations from the client in terms of urgency will be taken into account, depending on the situation at that time.
  • How do you handle feedback and revisions?
I consider feedback as a means to refine any brand perspective, so I highly value it and work to ensure client satisfaction. Revisions are incorporated at each stage, and I am committed to making necessary adjustments until the client is completely satisfied.
  • How do you ensure the quality and accuracy of your work?
I ensure quality and accuracy by involving clients throughout the project, from initial planning to final delivery. I carefully review designs and incorporate client feedback to meet their expectations and industry standards. Clear communication and regular updates help maintain project focus and ensure client satisfaction, reflecting my commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • What is your policy for handling disputes or disagreements?
In the event of disputes or disagreements, I aim to resolve issues through open communication and mutual understanding. I prioritize client satisfaction and I am committed to finding amicable solutions that align with project objectives. If needed, I rely on clear contractual agreements and professional mediation to address any concerns, ensuring a fair and equitable resolution for all parties involved.
  • What is your design process like from start to finish?
It depends on the scope of work. For example, if we've signed on for complete branding for an F&B business, the legal name must be registered before we can proceed with the discovery phase. In the discovery phase, I aim to understand the client's requirements and ideas for the brand, and I offer relevant suggestions. After this phase, the process includes designing the logo with colors, then working on packaging, stationery, and uniforms. Following that, I create the brand guide and other asset files in different formats for printing and various purposes. Each phase must be approved before moving to the next phase. However, any suggestions and amendments requested by the client will be considered to ensure their satisfaction.
  • How do you handle confidentiality and intellectual property rights?
I prioritize confidentiality and respect intellectual property rights in all projects. I adhere to strict confidentiality agreements and ensure that client information remains secure and protected. I also respect and uphold intellectual property rights, ensuring that all designs and creative work produced are owned by the client upon completion and delivery of the project.
  • What is your preferred method of communication (email, phone, video calls)?
The communication method is flexible according to the client's preference, including email, phone, and video calls. For clients in proximity, physical meetings can also be arranged to accommodate convenience and ensure effective communication.
  • Will you provide source files and documentation once the project is finished?
Yes, I provide comprehensive source files in various formats, including fonts, color guides, assets, and more, ensuring you have everything needed for future use and modifications.
  • How will you keep me updated on progress?
After establishing the timeline, I will communicate each submission date to the client. This applies to revisions at each stage as well. Regular updates will be provided through agreed-upon communication channels, ensuring transparency and keeping you informed throughout the project.
  • Do you offer support after the project is completed?
Yes, I offer support as required within the scope of the project. Additionally, I can assist with sourcing suppliers and other contacts, leveraging my network in the industry to ensure market-standard quality and availability.
